Intuitive Leadership Coaching
Welcome to Upswell Coaching
You've built a successful career by being smart, strategic, and analytical. And yet — there's a quieter voice underneath all of that. One that always seems to know the truth - the truth of who you really are and what you really want in life - that gets relegated to the corner in favor of what we think we should do, who we should be. That quiet voice is your intuition, and learning to hear it, trust it, and lead from it is exactly what we do here.
I'm Sara Walshe — an Intuitive Leadership Coach, former attorney, and someone who knows firsthand what it's like to spend years leading from the head while the inner wisdom waits on the sidelines. After nearly two decades in law, my own transformation showed me what becomes possible when you stop overriding your inner wisdom and start aligning with it. That realization became Upswell Coaching.
My approach bridges the analytical and the intuitive — and it's grounded in more than just lived experience. I draw on the neuroscience of intuition and behavioral change to show you why this inner guidance system works, and how to rewire the patterns that have kept you from trusting it. Mindfulness techniques — drawn from over 550 hours of training in yoga and Eastern philosophy — are woven throughout, not as abstract practices, but as practical, real-world tools you can apply in a boardroom, a difficult conversation, or a high-stakes decision. This work is designed specifically for high-achievers who are skeptical of anything that sounds too "woo," but whose analytical approach hasn’t brought them happiness (and has likely led to burnout).
Here's how we work together:
We start by helping you develop your own personal method for accessing your intuition — because everyone's experience of it is different. Then we decipher what it's telling you. And finally, we design your actions to align with that inner knowing.
The result? Greater confidence in your decisions. Clarity on what you actually want. Deeper connection — to yourself, your team, and the work that matters most to you. And the kind of creative spark that comes from finally leading from the inside out. A life that feels alive and aligned, with your highest self in the drivers seat.
This isn't soft work. It's some of the most rigorous, honest, and transformative work you'll ever do.
You already have the wisdom. Let's learn to listen to it.
Working with Sara:
Working with Sara has been incredible. She pivots between thought provoking questions to active breathing exercises to help me tap into my intuition. Whether we are working on a specific work problem or a broader life problem, she works so flexibly to help me get to a solution.
Sara is somehow magically intuitive and always knows the exact day to reach out to hold me accountable. Through my time with Sara I’ve gotten more clear on how I should host my 1:1s to be impactful for my team as well as the broader business. She’s also given me the tools to have direct conversations with my boss to steer my career in the direction I want to go. She’s helped me get clear on my next 5 years, outlining what my next move should be and what exactly I need to look for at an organization so that I can thrive.

Sara brings her entire self as a coach. Because of this, she is fully present, listens beyond the words I say to the meaning in my heart, and supports me as I uncover what I really want. To be coached by Sara is to have the courage to go after the most expansive version of myself, because she’s beside me holding space and getting curious about that alongside me.

Working with Sara has helped me learn to trust myself in a whole new - and powerful - way. She's gently led me out of my comfort zone so that I can access my intuition and emotions to make better decisions, ones that I can trust more and second-guess less. Sara has helped me embrace the things about me that make me successful (being playful!), even when my fears were telling me to downplay those aspects and try to be something I'm not. I've been surprised by the things I've learned with her, like the power of resting, playing, and feeling my way through things rather than trying to power through because "it's the productive thing to do." Sara has helped me learn what behaviors and mindsets really serve me, and the great thing is, I had them with me all along. Now, when I'm in doubt, I lean into being playful and joyful, and away from fear and "acting serious." I can now pull myself out of emotional dips and recover from setbacks at record speed, so I can keep playing, building, and being the best me possible.
