That low-grade hum of stress, the inability to truly rest, the sense that you should be doing more even when you're already doing plenty — that's your sympathetic nervous system stuck in survival mode. And from that state, everything costs more than it should: decisions, relationships, creativity, joy.

Summer is nature's invitation to slow down. To soften. To let the longer days and lighter pace do what they're designed to do — restore you. Coherence Camp is built around that rhythm. We use the natural slowness of summer as the container for the deepest kind of reset: nervous system regulation that doesn't just address burnout, but transforms the conditions that created it.

Most of us are operating from a dysregulated nervous system — not because something is wrong with us, but because modern life is designed to keep us in a state of low-grade threat. Sympathetic overdrive. Survival mode. The body braced for what's next.

From that state, everything is harder than it needs to be. Not just one area of life — all of it. Your relationships, your work, your health, your creativity, your sense of purpose. When the nervous system doesn't feel safe, the whole system contracts.

And crucially — your intuition goes quiet. Because intuition is not a function of the thinking mind. It is a function of the body in safety. It speaks in the parasympathetic. It requires stillness, regulation, and a nervous system that trusts the present moment.

Each module builds on the last. We first create the conditions in which all facets of life can naturally align.

Week 01 · The root
Your Nervous System
We begin with regulation — not as a concept, but as a lived practice. You will understand why your system does what it does, and begin to gently, consistently return it to safety.
Week 02 · The quiet voice
Intuition vs. Inner Critic
A regulated nervous system makes the inner critic quieter and intuition louder. This week we learn to tell them apart — and trust what has always been there, beneath the noise.
Week 03 · The body's language
Nutrition & Nourishment
Food is in constant conversation with your nervous system. We explore how nourishment either supports or undermines regulation — and what it means to eat from safety rather than stress.
Week 04 · The vision
Manifestation, Grounded
From a regulated, nourished state, your true vision becomes accessible. Not what you think you should want — what you actually, quietly, deeply want. We clarify that vision and begin to inhabit it.
Week 05 · The map
Strategy & Brass Tacks
With vision clear and the system steady, strategy becomes simple. Your 90-day Coherence Blueprint: goals, milestones, and structures that hold because they are built on a regulated foundation.
Week 06 · Integration
Bringing It All Together
The closing ceremony. We trace the thread from regulation through to the life you are now designing — and you leave with a personal coherence practice to carry it forward.

Your weekly dispatch arrives

A 20–30 minute teaching video drops with that week's material and your trail challenge — a homework assignment that may take the form of a journaling prompt, a daily practice, or a movement ritual. You work on your own time, in your own way.

The live weekly group call is where integration happens. We open with a grounding ritual, share what surfaced during the week, and go deeper together. These calls are where the community — and the regulation — builds.

Complete your trail challenge and receive that week's collectible digital badge — a quiet acknowledgment of how far you have come. By Week 6, you will have six of them.

Sara Walshe, Esq., ACC, CPCC

I'm a former New York City prosecutor turned Intuitive Leadership Coach — and I know firsthand what it looks like to spend nearly two decades leading from the head while the inner wisdom waits on the sidelines.

After 18 years investigating public corruption and financial fraud, I made a bold pivot. Not because I had it all figured out — but because my own burnout forced me to finally listen to the quieter voice underneath all the achievement. That journey became Upswell Coaching, and everything I teach at Coherence Camp comes from that lived experience, combined with rigorous training.

My approach bridges the analytical and the intuitive. I draw on the neuroscience of behavioral change, over 550 hours of mindfulness and yoga training, and more than 13 years of teaching contemplative practice to show you exactly why this inner guidance system works — and how to rewire the patterns keeping you from trusting it.

I've worked with leaders at Google, KPMG, Salesforce, Disney, and Bayer. And I built Coherence Camp because I believe this work shouldn't only be available to the individual — it belongs in community, where the regulation builds together and the results are amplified.
